Bachelor of Arts (BA) is a 3-Year Undergraduate Degree Program Offered in India. The Minimum Eligibility for Admission to Which is Passing in Higher Secondary Level From a Recognized Board or University. For Pursuing a Bachelor in Arts Degree, the Student Must Have Humanities as the Core Subject in 10+2 Level. The Course is Generally Offered in Arts and Humanities.
Eligibility: Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- A minimum score of 50% aggregate at 10+2 level
- Completion of 10+2 or High School Senior Secondary exam by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) or any equivalent exam conducted by any State Board or equivalent
- English as a subject at HSC
- All SC/ST candidates have a relaxation of 5% in the minimum aggregate.
BA Course Admission:
BA degree course applications are available either online from the University website and also offline by visiting the Admissions Office of the university. Because, An interview would be conducted but some of the exams before admissions to check if the students have good communication skills. So,Because some specific colleges and universities also admit students with exceptional performance in extra-curricular activities under the ECA and Sports Quota. Usually, 5% seats are reserved under the ECA and Sports Quota students.
Admission to BA courses is possible and through both entrance examination and merit-based. Candidates who are applying for the Bachelor of Arts program should have all the necessary because documents before giving the entrance test, such as 12th results and I.D verification. And many universities offer both direct admission and entrance exam-based admission to the BA course.
